Delivery Timelines & Tracking
- Step 1: Check Your Email
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
- Step 2: Track Online
Go to 'My Account' > 'Orders' and click on your order to view real-time tracking.
- Step 3: Monitor Progress
Track each stage: Order Confirmed → Processing → Shipped → Out for Delivery → Delivered
- Same-Day Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed the same day (business days only).
- Address Verification
Our delivery team may call to confirm your address before delivery.
- Delivery Confirmation
You'll receive an SMS and email notification when your order is delivered.
- What if I'm not home?
Our delivery agent will call you. You can reschedule delivery or arrange for someone else to receive the package.
- Can I change my delivery address?
Yes, contact customer support before your order ships. Once shipped, address changes may not be possible.
- Do you deliver on weekends?
Yes! We deliver Monday to Saturday. Sunday deliveries are available for express orders (additional fee applies).
- What if my order is delayed?
Contact our support team. We'll investigate and provide updates. Delays are rare but may occur due to weather or logistics.
