Returns & Refunds Policy

You can return items if they meet the following conditions:

  • Within 7 Days

    Return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Unused & Unopened

    Products must be in original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

  • Valid Reason

    Defective product, wrong item received, damaged during delivery, or significantly different from description.

    Go to 'My Account' > 'Orders' and select the item you want to return. Click 'Return Item'.

    Select Return Reason

    Choose the reason for your return and provide any additional details or photos if applicable.

    Wait for Approval

    Our team will review your request within 24 hours and send you a return authorization.

    Ship the Item Back

    Package the item securely and ship it to our return address. We'll provide a prepaid return label for eligible returns.

    Receive Your Refund

    Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.

  • Refund Timeline

    Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your returned item.

  • Refund Method

    Refunds are issued to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery, we'll process a bank transfer or mobile money refund.

  • Confirmation Email

    You'll receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.


For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Prescription Medications

    Any prescription drugs or controlled substances.

  • Personal Care Items

    Opened hygiene products, cosmetics, or personal care items.

  • Perishable Goods

    Food items, supplements with broken seals, or temperature-sensitive products.

  • Digital Products

    E-books, online consultations, or any digital services once accessed.
