Initiate Return RequestGo to 'My Account' > 'Orders' and select the item you want to return. Click 'Return Item'.

Select Return ReasonChoose the reason for your return and provide any additional details or photos if applicable.

Wait for ApprovalOur team will review your request within 24 hours and send you a return authorization.

Ship the Item BackPackage the item securely and ship it to our return address. We'll provide a prepaid return label for eligible returns.

Receive Your RefundOnce we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your returned item.
- Refund Method
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery, we'll process a bank transfer or mobile money refund.
- Confirmation Email
You'll receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Prescription Medications
Any prescription drugs or controlled substances.
- Personal Care Items
Opened hygiene products, cosmetics, or personal care items.
- Perishable Goods
Food items, supplements with broken seals, or temperature-sensitive products.
- Digital Products
E-books, online consultations, or any digital services once accessed.
