1. Your Rights

At HealthLinks, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. In accordance with the Google Play User Data policy and applicable laws, you have the right to request the deletion of your account and associated data.

2. How to Request Deletion

You can request the deletion of your account and data through the following methods:

Option 1: Email Request

Send an email to support@healthlinksug.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Please include your registered email address or phone number to help us verify your identity.

Option 2: In-App Deletion

If you have access to the app:

  • Go to Profile / Settings.
  • Select 'Privacy & Security'.
  • Tap on 'Delete Account'.
  • Follow the on-screen confirmation steps.
3. What Data is Deleted

When your account is deleted, we will permanently remove:

  • Your profile information (name, email, phone number).
  • Your saved addresses and payment methods.
  • Your order history (anonymized for accounting purposes where required by law).
  • Your chat history and messages.
4. Retention Policy

Some data may be retained for a limited period if required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as fraud prevention or financial record-keeping. This data will be securely stored and deleted once the retention period expires.
