These Store and Credit Terms apply to all purchases made through the HealthLinks marketplace and the use of any HealthLinks store credits, gift cards, or promotional balances.
2. Store Purchases
When you purchase products or services through HealthLinks:
- You agree to pay the listed price, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.
- We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household, or per order.
- Product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.
3. HealthLinks Credits
HealthLinks Credits may be issued as refunds, promotional rewards, or purchased as gift cards.
- Credits are not legal tender and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
- Credits are non-transferable between accounts.
- Promotional credits may have an expiration date, which will be indicated at the time of issuance.
4. Payment Methods
We accept various payment methods including mobile money and major credit/debit cards. By providing a payment method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your purchase.
5. Order Cancellations
We allow order cancellations up until the point of shipping. Once an item has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return under our Return Policy. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspicion of fraud.
